Before the #FOMO (fear of missing out) could set in, I was promptly reminded of our team’s extraordinary year-end gathering—a unique blend of 2023 reflection, big plans for 2024, and an early Thanksgiving and Christmas party all rolled into one.

Spread over four days, our team members, hailing from various regions such as Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines, converged in Da Nang for a memorable Great Place To Work Retreat. It was an opportunity to blend work with play, fostering connections, reflecting on the year gone by, and setting the stage for an exciting year ahead.
