Established in 2010, Pro‑invest Group is an integrated private equity real estate, fund and asset management platform operating across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, and manages approximately $3B in assets through funds, joint ventures and managed accounts. Its fully integrated model spans the entire asset lifecycle, from funding and development to operations, asset management and exit. Pro‑invest’s portfolio includes 32 hotel assets (around 6,000 rooms), alongside commercial and mixed‑use properties. The Group is expanding into living sectors such as Flex‑Living and Build‑to‑Rent, supported by a strong ESG commitment through its “One Earth, Countless Experiences” framework.
